Our services
Three ways to care for a watch you value
Each service is built around a specific need. We describe them honestly so you can choose with confidence — or simply ask us what we think would suit your piece.
Back to HomeOur approach
How we approach every job
Every watch that comes through our door starts with a conversation. We listen, we look, and we share what we find — before anything else happens. There is no standard formula here; the condition of your specific piece shapes what we suggest.
Once we agree on a path, we document what we plan to do and begin only when you are comfortable. We work carefully and keep you informed if anything unexpected comes up mid-service.
Initial inspection
We assess the watch — movement, case, crystal, seals — and note its condition.
Findings shared
We explain what we found and recommend a service path. You decide.
Service carried out
We complete the agreed work at a careful pace, checking quality at each stage.
Return and notes
Your watch comes back with a written service note and any observations for its future care.
Service one
Gentle Refresh
RM 140
Battery and seal renewal with a soft clean, intended for quartz watches that have slowed or stopped. An easy first step for a piece you would like to wear again. Includes a brief condition note and a pressure check on water-resistant models.
- New battery sourced and fitted
- Seals inspected — renewed if needed
- Dry-air pressure test (water-resistant models)
- Light exterior clean
- Condition note provided with return
Best suited for
Quartz watches that have stopped or lost time, needing a practical first step back into regular use.
Service two
Full Care Service
RM 615
A complete service of a mechanical movement — cleaning, lubrication, and careful regulation — with attention to the case and crystal. Suited to cherished watches that have rested for years. We share findings clearly and move only at a pace you are comfortable with.
- Full movement disassembly and cleaning
- Lubrication with period-appropriate oils
- Regulation and timing across positions
- Case and crystal inspection
- Findings report and service note
Best suited for
Mechanical watches that have not been serviced in several years or pieces that have been in storage — particularly those with sentimental or collector value.
Service three
Finish Restoration
RM 330
Sympathetic refinishing of the case and bracelet to ease everyday wear while keeping the original character intact. A considered choice for a watch you wear often. Softer finishes are handled conservatively, with honest guidance on what will help and what is better left alone.
- Case and bracelet assessed for approach
- Refinishing appropriate to original finish type
- Conservative handling of brushed and matte surfaces
- Pre-work consultation on expected outcome
- Work stopped at any point on your instruction
Best suited for
Daily-wear watches with accumulated surface marks where a more comfortable appearance would be welcome — without losing the piece's character.

Our standards
Shared across all three services
Pre-work assessment
Every watch is inspected before any work begins. We document what we find and share it with you.
No unnecessary interventions
We only do what the watch needs. If something does not require attention, we leave it alone.
Written return notes
Each returned watch includes a simple, clear account of what was done and any notes for its ongoing care.
Your decision, your timeline
We do not begin work until you have agreed to proceed. If you need time, you have it.
Secure handling
Your watch is kept safely throughout the service period. We do not share or expose client details or property.
Updates if needed
If anything unexpected arises mid-service, we stop and contact you before continuing.
Pricing
Clear from the start
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. The price you see is what you pay for the stated service, confirmed with you before work begins.
Next step
Not sure which service fits?
That is completely fine. Tell us a little about your watch and where it stands, and we will offer a considered view — no obligation involved.
